The Mi #70 surcharged stamps you show are genuine! The left surcharge is over-inked. The inking depends on the used colour. You certainly know that two different colours were used for the overprints: Zinnober and Carmine:

• The zinnober colour is more like a liquid and tends to penetrate into the paper. It tends to be over-inked, too.
• The carmine colour is something like a paste. It is "dry" and always makes a clear and slim overprint.

I have to add that the pressure during the printing (which was maybe changing from one overprint on a sheet to the next) is another aspect that influences the result.
